Sudarsan is a seasoned consultant with two decades of experience leading transformation initiatives across manufacturing-driven industries including Chemical, Food & Beverage, Construction, Biotech, Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Devices. His core focus is helping small and mid-sized manufacturers modernize operations, improve visibility, and drive sustainable growth through practical, tech-enabled solutions.
With a rare combination of strategic vision and process rigor, Sudarsan has led cross-functional projects involving IT/OT integration, compliance-heavy process optimization, and multi-million-dollar capital programs—bringing together diverse stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
In addition to his manufacturing work, Sudarsan brings experience in M&A advisory and real estate. He is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), a licensed real estate broker, and the former founder of a real estate tech startup. These experiences further sharpen his ability to navigate business transitions, structure deals, and build trusted networks of service providers and advisors.
Sudarsan is also a certified Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Brandeis University. He earned dual engineering degrees in Chemical Engineering and Information Technology, consistently ranking at the top of his class.
Sudarsan loves to play Cricket and is learning Golf. Sudarsan believes in giving back to the community and is actively involved in charity. Sudarsan loves teaching and has served as a lecturer for MBA students
